Yes, we offer delivery services to both local and nationwide customers. Here’s an overview of our delivery options:

1. Curbside Freight Shipping (Nationwide):

   • Available to all 48 contiguous states.
   • Furniture is typically shipped within approximately 10-12 weeks of ordering.
   • Once your furniture leaves our shop, you’ll be notified.
   • Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days once the furniture arrives at the shipping terminal nearest to your home.
   • Delivery is curbside, meaning you’re responsible for bringing the furniture inside, unpacking, and assembling if necessary.
   • Please inspect your furniture thoroughly upon delivery for any damage before signing for it. If any damage is found, it must be noted on the delivery slip before signing to qualify for replacement furniture at no additional cost.

2. KMR WoodWorks Inside Local Delivery (Southern Illinois and Surrounding Region):

   • Available for customers in Southern Illinois and nearby areas.
   • Delivery occurs approximately 1-2 weeks from the completion of your order.
   • Our team will contact you a week before the scheduled delivery date with the exact timing.
   • Delivery includes inside placement on the ground floor only.
   • You must ensure that the furniture can fit through your threshold as it cannot be refused upon delivery if it doesn’t fit.
