Please note that the tables in our Exclusive Dining category are sold as-is. They are not eligible for customization, returns, or exchanges. While most tables are in excellent condition, any minor imperfections are documented with photos and detailed descriptions. Each table is a unique, one-time opportunity, and once sold, it is no longer available. However, all Exclusive Dining tables are still covered by our standard craftsmanship warranty, ensuring that any structural defects or craftsmanship issues are addressed.

Daily Care:

• We recommend soapy water to clean your table & chairs. Common household cleaners are fine to use as well.
• We do not recommend any products with bleach. Do not use Magic Erasers as they will scratch the surface.
• Avoid placing hot pots directly on the table; always use trivets or hot pads.

Special Considerations:

• For light scratches, use a furniture touch up pen that is the same color as your table and/or chair(s). A fine buffing pad may help as well.
• Give us a call for deep scratches and large damaged areas.
• When moving your table or chairs, always lift it from the base, not the tabletop. Do not push or slide the table as dragging can damage the legs and joints.

Preventative Maintenance:

• Keep your table in a humidity controlled environment to prevent warping and cracking.
• Avoid placing your table and chairs in direct sunlight which may cause discoloration in the finish.
• Manage spills by cleaning them up immediately.
• Apply furniture polish or wax monthly to maintain the luster and provide a protective layer.

Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. Craftsmanship refers to the construction, joinery, and overall structural integrity of the dining table.

What’s Covered:

• Structural integrity of the table, including joints, legs, and tabletop.
• Finishing issues such as cracking, peeling, or bubbling.
• Defects in materials used for the construction of the table.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and stains.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents.
• Changes in the appearance of wood due to exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity levels.
• Modifications or alterations made to the table by anyone other than authorized personnel from KMR Woodworks.

Claim Process:
If you believe your dining table is experiencing an issue covered by this warranty, please contact us immediately. We may require proof of purchase and images of the issue to assess the claim. Upon approval, we will repair or replace the affected parts or the entire dining table, at our discretion.

Exclusions:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the dining table. It is valid only for purchases made through authorized retailers of KMR Woodworks.
